Arch Linux 201604 Images Released for VirtualBox and VMware

Arch Linux is a Linux-based operating system for i686 and x86-64 computers. It is composed predominantly of free and open-source software, and supports community involvement. We have installed Arch Linux on Vmware and VirtualBox and providing you virtual images, we are providing you Arch Linux 201604 with KDE Plasma 5 desktop environment, still you can choose to remove this and install other desktop, currently it will directly boot into GUI mode. This version includes all updates released till now, so you don’t have to worry about upgrade the base of OS.

    The vmware image has the tools installed?

      No, we don’t modify system by any means. You have to install them by yourself.

        But the tools are standard equipment, and in this case difficult to set up. That would be an advantage of an image instead of starting from installer. think about it

          The thing is that end users use different VirtualBox or VMware version, so we can’t pin point a release tools for every user. It is much better to leave it on user.
