The Ubuntu team announced the release of Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (Long-Term Support) as well as other flavours of Ubuntu with long-term support. “Kubuntu 14.04.3 LTS, Xubuntu 14.04.3 LTS, Ubuntu GNOME 14.04.3 LTS, Lubuntu 14.04.3 LTS, and Ubuntu Studio 14.04.3 LTS are also now available. At this point this release contains an updated kernel and X stack for new installation to support new hardware.
